President Obama spoke to activists and stakeholders working on criminal justice reform before screening the HBO Vice documentary, "Fixing the System," at the White House. The episode will air Sunday, September 27, and will include a look at the President's tour of the Federal Correctional Institution in El Reno, Oklahoma this past July.
