President Obama is urging Congress to take up his proposal to cut through the red tape that prevents so many homeowners from refinancing their mortgages and saving hundreds of dollars each month. It has the potential to be a huge deal, so we want to make sure you have the facts -- and get a chance to tell us what you think. Take a minute to watch this video from Brian Deese -- one of the President's economic advisors -- then, answer a few short questions to help guide our work on this issue. This is a problem confronting Americans across the country. Millions of families who bought homes before the financial crisis, and have been paying their bills on time every month since, are locked in at the high interest rates of the past. Even though they have done everything right, they can't refinance at today's rates, which are historically low. If these folks were able to lower their rates, they'd have more money in their pockets each month. That's good for their families, their local communities, and the nation's economy. So take the time to learn more about President Obama's refinancing proposal, and tell us what you think so that we have the information we need to help get this done. The Answer: No questions

When the great walls of the World Trade Center collapsed (just as the housing crisis)into an embedded memorial, the process enabled a template that can be applied to all situations that has collapsed.  The World Trade Center was not rebuilt; instead it was transformed into a reminder, in tribute to all of the lives that was lost, and a gift with historic value to future generations from around the world, for decades to come.

Finally, if you agree with this policy, share why you think it's important to put into place.

Can a flush be reversed?

Freeze it and the people in time and deem it a memorial just as all great loses in this country.  All citizen's financial records during this era, combined, creates a total archive of this Great Recession.  The lives of all of the people who has suffered from this economical collapse, business owners, homeless, investors, workers, the unemployed, ect., are now part of this new memorial.  Tourists, students, researchers, economists, ect., will now have specific insight to the details of this wide recession. To collect this much information pertaining to the financial details of every citizen will require documented interviews and a review of receipts, bills, calendars, pay periods, ponds, loses to pond shops, strategic investments, risks, employment searches, layoffs, reduction in pays, loss of stocks and 401ks, and other specific moves each citizen made in preparation for and to prevent breeching the contract/ rental agreement or leases such as crimes committed in an effort to save their residential status.  It's all a memorial now.  Just start brand new on something else. if a citizen opt out of being part of the memorial then that house is to be archived with statues of the family that was trying to save it.  A new house and totally new financial situation shall be built on its lot while the land is branded with a memorial brand made of a U.S. Precious metal. The family that opts out of being part of the memorial can move into the new house. All credit scores are now part of these archives and memorial.  No citizen’s credit scores, obtained during this era, shall be used to determine eligibility for credit.  This recession has retired millions to memorial status. pensions should be proposed and a new era should commence.
